Estimate fees for all photographic and AV equipment are below. Estimate fees are applied to repairs after customer approval. Fees do not include tax. Non-professional 35mm Single Lens Reflex: $15 Pro Single Lens Reflex/Medium/Large format (Film): $20 Projectors (slide + overhead): $20 LCD & Digital Projectors: $200 AV equipment: $20 Video Equipment (analog): $30 Everything Digital (cameras + video): $40 If you are unsure what category your equipment falls under call us at (412)-261-5225. Please - we do NOT do appraisals for unrepaired equipment but we will provide an invoice with every repair estimate. We also do video transfers at $.10 a foot (for reels) and $25 a DVD. VHS/VHS-C/MiniDV/Hi8 tapes etc can be combined for up to 2 hours total on each DVD. We also charge a Rush Fee of $40 in addition to repair, shipping, and service fees for customers needing 24-hour service. Once we receive your equipment our technicians will diagnose the problems and provide you with a written estimate. Most estimates are provided within one to three days after receipt. Should your equipment need extensive parts research, we will contact you once we have completed the research. (Please allow extra time for collectible and older cameras for which the manufacturer no longer supports.) Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions before sending in your equipment. Terms and Conditions: -All work is performed by qualified technicians. -Warranty repairs are limited to the specific problem and/or parts replaced on original repair. -Camera Repair Service, Inc. is not responsible for consequential damage, expenses incurred, film, memory cards, batteries, inconvenience, or loss due to fire or burglary. (Please remove unnecessary accessories if possible) -Equipment shipped out is subject to repairing company policies & warranty. -Customer is responsible for shipping charges if item has to be returned for warranty repair. -Repair takes a week to 10 days if all the parts are available -Refusals require advance notice to pick up to allow time to reassemble equipment. -All delinquent accounts are subject to service and handling fees. -Articles not picked up (or paid for in terms of shipped items) within 90 days of estimate date for non-repaired items or completion date for repaired item are disposed of and/or resold and are no longer the responsibility of Camera Repair Service, Inc All fees and charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
