TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All work is performed by qualified technicians.

  • Warranty repairs are limited to the specific problem and/or parts replaced on original repair.

  • Camera Repair Service, Inc. is not responsible for consequential damage, expenses incurred, film, memory cards, batteries, inconvenience, or loss due to fire or burglary.  (Please remove unnecessary accessories if possible)

  • Equipment shipped out (done with customer's approval) is subject to repairing company policies & warranty.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges if item has to be returned for warranty repair.

  • Repair takes a week to 10 days if all the parts are available

  • Refusals require advance notice to pick up to allow time to reassemble equipment.

  • All delinquent accounts are subject to service and handling fees.

  • Articles not picked up (or paid for in terms of shipped items) within 90 days of estimate date for non-repaired items or completion date for repaired item are disposed of and/or resold and are no longer the responsibility of Camera Repair Service, Inc  

All fees and charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
